Love vs Intimacy

On March 9, 2017, in Personal Develoipment, by Bob

I’ve encountered several relationship coaching scenarios that reflect this topic. Couple’s say that they’ve “fallen out of love” with one another. However, when we dig deep we find it’s the intimacy that’s missing. Intimacy is not found below the waist, no it’s that soulful connection not only when you feel good about the relationship but good about yourself. It’s when you give unselfishly like when you first started dating. Find that fire, that attraction when it wasn’t about what you’re getting but rather what you’re giving. Don’t wait until you’re an “empty nester” to rediscover who you are and who your partner is. Take time to do your inventory and find your intimacy. You’ll be proud you did and feel that certainty of love.
