What’s Your Trigger Word?

What’s that one thing that gets you going? Gets you motivated?
It’s all about mindset: every day we are confronted with challenges, how we perceive those challenges determines our outcomes. When we are asked to “step out of our level of comfort,” we sometimes become paralyzed because immediately our perception leads us to a fear association: fear of failure, fear of not being enough, fear of how we’re going to be perceived, self-doubt, whatever it is we stop before we ever get going.
Just imagine you’re on vacation. You awake in the morning in a different place, perhaps a different land/environment, now, you don’t know exactly what to expect today, however, you’re now open to stepping out of your comfort zone. Why? Because now you’re “on vacation.” It’s now a mindset change, you’re on an “adventure!” Now, you’re open to seeing and doing new things and it really doesn’t matter if you suck at what you’re going to do because there are no expectations. These expectations are self-imposed. Your approach to the day is more relaxed.
Perhaps that “trigger word” is “ADVENTURE.” What trigger word can you visualize in your mind’s eye that will change your perspective of today, what mindset will provide more abundance, happiness, and acceptance of whatever happens today is going to be OK?
